What our customers are saying

"I don't usually write reviews or pay much attention to them either, but I must have my say regarding African Roots Coffee. My Wife and I have been a few times to this incredible hidden gem and wow is it really that. I am not the biggest coffee drinker more of a tea drinker but I can honestly say this is the best coffee and tastiest food I have ever had.
I also don’t think its solely down to the coffee but more the story and atmosphere. What I presume to be one of the owners an elderly gentleman greeted us with the most amazing story of the coffee and its origin. It very rare you find busy owners spending some time with a patron to educate them and talk to them about anything really. This was the personal touch that made this gem our regular spot on a Sunday.
Do yourself a favour and try them out! You will not be disappointed". By Gary White
